Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

            •          Users can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their Durgadham Matrimony account and navigating to the subscription settings.

            •          Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Afterward, the account will revert to the free plan.

            •          No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

Refunds:

            •          Refunds will be considered in exceptional cases, such as technical errors resulting in overcharges or unauthorized transactions.

            •          Users must submit refund requests within 30 days of the billing error or unauthorized transaction.

            •          Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
